Hot Melt Adhesive Film for PVC and Leather
PVC plate is widely used in the apparel field because of its
beauty, low cost, the advantages of species diversity. The
traditional use of PVC seam trademark of sewing the clothes, seam
of the PVC plate, although fastness is good, still have the
following disadvantages:
1.Suture exposed outside, affecting appearance
2.Line stitch consumption of labor, high cost
3.Small, thick PVC standard can not sew.
4.Thick fabric or PVC stickers to metal, plastic,
and other material can not puncture the surface, can not sew
Use Adhesive to bond the PVC trademark to the
PVC label that need to be decorated, Which avoid the shortcomings
of sewing PVC, greatly increased the usage of PVC trademark.
However,
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) because of its dense molecular structure,
is a hard sticky material, PX231 series of hot melt adhesive film,
because of its many advantages, become the subject of many areas an
ideal material for PVC paste.

Note: Pressing hot temperature and pressure conditions of time is
only a proposal, and the pressure of hot equipment and materials to
be bonded, the thickness, thermal conductivity, pressure was the
relationship between user needs experimental confirmation under
specific conditions.
Operating diagram
1. Put a single chapter or a complete piece on Film Peeling Machine
2. Put one side of Hot Melt Adhesive Film towards embroidery patch,
and the other side of release paper towards the heat side of Film
Peeling Machine.
3. Press Film Peeling Machine for 10-15s, when cooling , then tear
off the release paper.
4. Remove the remnants and corners with cutting tools or by hands.
5. Customers(Clothing factory) buy the trademark with glue film.
Just put the glue side towards the garment, by pressing the Film
Peeling Machine or other heating equipment then it will stick to
garment.
6. Embroidery cartoon bond to garment, with strong fastness,
washable, can take the place of traditional sewing method, with
high efficiency.
